Availability
There is a lead time of 2-3 days for Inno-Therm®/Pavatextil products when shipped from our UK warehouse with products that are in stock; and non-stock items may have a lead time of 2-8 weeks depending on availability at the factory. Inno-Therm®Metisse products can be viewed on the Product Information page, however there is a 12 week lead time.
Shipping
[3] Shipping from France to Sheffield and/or direct to any distributor or customer is free when a full truckload is purchased. For example, 22 pallets of 100 mm x 400 mm x 1.2 m batts hold 760 m2. For truck loads of 12 to 21 pallets, a shipping charge will be added to the Palletline charge based on a percentage of your order value.
[4] When delivered by Palletline, the delivery charge is subject to geographical area. The retail price is exclusive of shipping costs from Sheffield.
[5] The number of packs per pallet varies. Deliveries from Sheffield use Palletline which has 2.2 m high pallets. These hold either 8 x 600 mm wide packs or 10 x 400 mm wide packs. Deliveries direct from France use 2.4 m high pallets which hold either 8 x 600 mm wide packs or 12 x 400 mm wide packs. Contact us to confirm the number of packs per pallet at time of order if this factor is important to you.
[6] A full truck holds either 22 pallets of batts or 24 pallets of rolls.
Pricing
[7] Retail prices depend on the Euro exchange rate at the time of purchase and on whether we can ship a full truck load from our manufacturing facility in France.

[9] Prices ruling at date of dispatch, exclusive of VAT and delivery.
[10] Prices held for 30 days. Exchange rate allowing, we will offer discount on the retail price shown on the website at the time of purchase.
Flock Examples
- 4.7 kg/m2 to reach an R value of 5 with a density of 15 kg/m3.
- 300 mm batts correspond to 360 mm of flock after settlement (480 mm before) = 7.2 kg/m3 (R=7.70).
